Fruity and Cruncy Granola Bars

45g Pecans45g Apricots (dried)45g Pumpkin seeds45g Cranberries/Dried Cherries or Cranraisins100g Figs (dried)30g Sesame Seeds 30g Ground Almonds200g Oats100ml Vegetable Oil4tbls Honey75g Light Brown Sugar1tsp Cinnamon
Heat oven to 140 degrees. Line 8 x 8 baking tray with parchment / greaseproof paper. Toast pecans. Soak cranberries or cranraisins, apricots, figs in small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. Then chop. Chop pecans, mix all other nuts and seeds. Add cinnamon and chopped fruit. Mix Well. Heat the oil, honey and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix together with other ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before you remove from tin. Cut into squares.
