Ginger pumpkin Spice muffins

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1tspCanola Oil, 0.25 cup 1 cup milk skim or 1%Orange Peel grated about 1 tsp Raisins, 0.50 cupPumpkin, canned 100% 0.50 cup baking powder, low-sodium, 1 tspFlour, whole grain, 1.50 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup packed*Flax Seed, 2tbsp egg white, fresh, 2 large
Directions
mix all dry ingrediants
- small bowl beat egg whites til foamy, and all remaining liquid ingrediants and grated orange peel
-- stir into dry ingrediants til mixed well

Add to muffin pan that was sprayed with Pam.
makes 12 reg size muffins
Bake 375 oven or until tops are dry and spring back.

turn out on rack to cool
