Healthy spinach and crab omlet

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 package of imitation crab meat (chunk style)frozen spinach 1/2 - 2 cupschopped onions (frozen)1/2 cup fat free cheddar1 teaspoon of minced garlic (optional)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute frozen chopped onions and frozen spinch with a teaspoon of minced garlic. Add crab meat and saute. Scramble egg whites with 1 tblesp skim milk. Pam a non stck skillet. Add egg mixture. Top with spinach and crab mixture. Cover and cook on med-low heat. Top with fat free cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper (or Tony's) to taste.
