Basic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)Lettuce, red leaf (salad), .5 cup shredded (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)Salad cressing of your choicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bake the chicken, cut into strips and let it cool
Add the other ingredients as desired.
Feel free to add onion, broccoli, zucchini, etc.
