banana oat fruit & nut muffins

Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas1 egg1tsp cinnamon1tsp baking soda1/2tsp sea salt1cup wheat flour1cup oats1/3cup applesauce1tbsp honey1/2tsp vanilla1/4 cup whole almonds1/4cup dried cranberries/raisins
Directions
Mash bananas, mix with wet ingredients, mix in dry ingredients, chop almonds, mix in fruit & almonds. Bake at 400 for 15-20mins
