Spring Minestrone (Vegan Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
1/2 onion chopped3 cloves of garlic minced1 inch piece of lemon peel10 baby carrots chopped1 yellow squash cut into pieces1 bunch of swiss chard cut into pieces5 cups of water2 tablespoons vegan chicken bouillion1 can of white beans (14.5 oz)1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)2 vegan italian sausages diced into piecesfresh rosemary choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
