White Bean, vegetable & beef soup

Ingredients
*Goya, White beans, 2 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 3 medium Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Garlic, 3 cloves Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) Beef ribs, 1 lb cut is cubes*Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 2 serving Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown the meat in a heavy botton pot, remove the meat from the pot, and add onions, celery, garlic, sazon goya, salt and pepper stir at medium heat for 5 min, add the tomatoes, stir for another 5 min, add the browned meat and the water. Cook at medium high heat for 25 min, add the white beans and cook for another 10 min. Serve with toasted bread.
