1 or 2 Bananas, freshly peeled1 Oranges1 cupStrawberries 3/4 cup Blueberries 1 Cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple juice 1 Cup Yogurt, vanilla or plain, low fat 1 Pink Lady or Granny Smith Apple40-44 ounces of Crushed Ice, snow cone consistency
1. Rinse fruit
2. Grind Oatmeal and flax seed in Blender or grinder. Set aside.
3. Crush 40 oz. of Ice - set aside.
4. Mix together fruit and yogurt in blender until smooth in consistency.
5. Add in ground oatmeal, flax seed mixture and ice to taste.
6. Pour and enjoy.
