1/2 onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp. Canola Oil2 cups cooked Brown Rice1/4 cup Dry Quinoa1/2 cup Broccoli1/2 cup Cauliflower1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced1/2 cup Spinach1/2 cup Carrots chopped 1/2 cup egg substitute
Cook rice and quinoa in separate pans, brown onions and garlic in oil in large fry pan, add and saute vegetables, add the egg substitute, mix in the rice and quinoa. Season to taste.
