Strawberry Banana Avocado Pecan Smoothie

2 medium Bananas1/2 cup of fresh Blueberries1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries1 Hass Avocado1/2 cup Pecans1/4 cup Wheat bran
Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Measure out .5 cups of pecan halves and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.
Serving Size: 1 Large Smoothie
