Chicken Soup

Ingredients
6 cups low sodium chicken broth2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast1 lb carrots - chopped1 lb celery - chopped1 medium onion - chopped3 cloves garlic - chopped (more or less to taste)1 10 oz pkg spinach - fresh or frozen1 Tbsp adobo seasoning1 tsp Italian Seasoningred pepper flake optional
Directions
Place everything except the spinach in a crock pot (mine is 6 qts) and cook 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low until chicken is cooked. Pull chick out and cube or shred. Add spinach and stir. Add back the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and eat
