Ingredients
Clean Protein Breakfast Pancakes with Raspberry topping¼ c steel cut oats or ½ cup whole (old fashioned) oatmeal¼ cup 0% greek yogurt1 egg1 egg white7-10 drops Vanilla Crème Stevia1 tsp Vanilla½ tsp baking powder½ tsp baking sodaPlace all together in blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend on high speed until all combined into pancake batter consistency. Make Raspberry topping while pancakes are cooking.Use: ½ cup frozen raspberriesThaw & heat in microwave.Blend in blender/bullet until pureed. Use as topping on pancakes!
