Apple 'n Cheddar Tuna

Ingredients
2 cans tuna, drained1/3 cup nonfat mayo1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup diced apple1/4 cup dried craisins, cherry flavored2 slices cheddar cheese, chopped2 tbsp. chopped red onion16 slices of bread
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Serve cold with whole wheat bread.
