Lew's Chicken w/Tomato, Bacon & Thyme Sandwhich

Ingredients
1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 4 slices, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1tsp Olive Oil 4 slices Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon2 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Pre-cook bacon in microwave between sheets of paper towel for 3 min.

Pound chicken breast just to make even. Coat with oil and garlic. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Place tomato slice(s) to cover chicken, sprinkle with red onion and thyme (leaves only). Place bacon in 'X' pattern over chicken, tucking under to keep in place.

Bake for approx 17 min, or until chicken registers 165 degrees internally.
