White Bean Turkey Chili (recipe adapted from grouprecipes.com)

1 tbsp EVOO2 onions, chopped 6 cloves of garlic 1 package (1lb) lean ground turkey5 cans of cannellini beans 3 cans low sodium chicken broth1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp italian seasoning1/4 tsp cayenne pepperkale, de-ribbed
-in a stock pot, heat oil and garlic. add chopped onions
-season ground turkey with Italian seasoning. add turkey to garlic/onions/oil. cook thoroughly.
-drain and rinse beans. add to pot.
-add 3 cans of broth
-add cumin and cayenne pepper
-add kale
-bring to a boil. turn down heat and let simmer. I do at least an hour, but you can do what you like
