Summer tomato soup

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped in chunks3 big cloves of garlic, finely chopped1kg ripe tomatoes, hard core removed and quartered1 vege stock cube750 ml waterolive oil, 1 tbspOptional:creme fraiche
Directions
-Heat olive oil in cooking pan
- Sautee garlic and onions for about 5 minutes on low-medium heat
- Add tomatoes, put lid on pan and gently boil
- Put rosemary and thyme on top
- Take out rosemary after 10 minutes
- Boil the water and dissolve stockcube in it
- After another 10 minutes add the stock
- Bring to the boil and simmer for another 5 minutes
- Press through seive into another pan
- Delicious with a bit of creme fraiche but that's extra calories...
