Ingredients
3 cups cooked whole wheat wide noodles7.5 oz can red salmon1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup chopped onions1 clove garlic minced1/2 cup 2% Mozzarella cheese1/4 cup 2% milk1/4 cup cheddar cheese1 teaspoon Worchestershire3 dashes Tobasco2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno (to taste)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all engredients except cheddar cheese in 1.5 qt cassarole.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 20 min @325 deg.
Serve with lemon slices.
Makes 5 1cup servings.

    I made this and really liked it, but both me and my fiance agreed that this should be baked covered so it doesn't dry out so much.

    I used skim milk, skim mozzarella cheese, and 98% fat free cream of mushroom to make it so the fat content wasn't so high.
