Horseradish Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cooked, diced chicken, light meat2 - 3 ribs celery, finely chopped1/2 cup green onions, diced1/8 cup very finely diced red onion (optional)1 cup chopped pecans, lightly toastedjuice of a lemon and 1 Tbsp. zest3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish2/3 cup Hellman's reduced fat mayo salt and pepper to taste
Directions
You can use a store-bought roasted chicken or season and cook 2-3 good-sized breasts. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Place pecans in baking pan and put in 350-degree oven for a few minutes, until lightly toasted. Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve. 6 moderate servings.
