Ingredients
1 4-oz. tilapia filet, cooked2 slices light bread1 slice 2% American cheese Singles1 tbsp. light Miracle Whip1 tsp. sweet pickle relish1 Romaine lettuce leaf
Directions
Toast bread
Heat fish in microwave about 45 seconds
Assemble sandwich with cheese, then hot fish on one side.
Mix Miracle Whip with relish & spread on second slice of bread.
Cover fish with lettuce then the prepared second slice of bread.
Serves 1
