Parmesan Broiled Fish

Ingredients
4 (6-oz.) firm-fleshed white fish filletsSalt and pepper, to tasteNon-aerosol cooking spray3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven broiler. Season fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper to taste then lay them on a small baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese; spread mixture over fish. Broil until cheese bubbles and browns and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. This could take as little as 5 minutes, so watch it closely!
