Banana Bran Craisin Muffins or Loaf, Lower Calorie Version

Ingredients
3 cups pureed, over-ripe bananas, approx 6 whole 1/4 cup honey2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla3 cups All-Bran, ground (makes 1.5 cup), ½ cup whole wheat flour½ cup wheat bran1 ½ tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder¾ cup Craisins,
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

In large bowl mix together wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add to wet ingredients.
Mix with as few strokes as possible. Just before all flour mixture is wet, stir in craisins.
Divide Evenly over 2 loaf pans (bake about 32-35mins) or 24 muffin tins. (bake about 15-20 minutes)
