White or Whole wheat flourSaltFast rising yeastwaterExtra virgin Olive oil
Directions
Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add water and oil. Mix together. Knead dough for 5-10 minutes until "chewy" consistency. Roll out and cook for 20-25 mins.
