Sweet And Sour Squid

Ingredients
1 cup celery, chopped1 cup onion, chopped1 tbsp vegetable oil2 pounds cleaned squid, cut into 1” pieces¼ cup fish stock¼ cup tomato paste¼ cup cider vinegar½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Add squid and fish stock, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Re-cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
