1 Tablespoon Canola Oil1 pound ground turkey2 (15 ounce) cand kidney beans drained2 (10.75 ounce) cans of low sodium tomato soup1 (15 ounce) can of low sodium black beans1/2 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon red pepper flakes1/2 tablespoon garlic powder1/2 tablespoon ground cuminBlack Pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the turkey, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in skillet and cook until turkey is browne. Drain turkey
Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray, and mix turkey, tomato soup, kidney beans, and black beans. Season with your spices.
Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
