Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, pour evenly in all 12 muffin cups and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
