Sauteed Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Ginger Root, 1 tsp Arugula, 2 cup *Oyster Sauce, .5 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup (chopped)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
In a saute pan heat olive oil, then add cabbage and saute for approximately 2 min on med. heat. Then add mushrooms and saute for an add'l 2 min. Then add ginger and garlic saute for approximately 1 min until you smell aroma of garlic and ginger. Then add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir and incorporate into other ingred. Finally, add arugula cook until wilted. Plate and enjoy!
