tuna solid white albacore, 2 canscracker or bread crumbs1 large egg3/4 cup catsup1/2 cup ea. diced celery, onion, &/or bell pepper1 T lemon juicelemon zest to tastedrain and flake tuna, add all other ingredients. spray a 6 section muffin pan with Pam, divide tuna mix into each of six sections and bake
