Seafood Pasta Toss

Ingredients
Pasta Roni Garlic & Olive Oil, 1 box prepared using only 1 TBSP butterShrimp, fresh, 1/2 lbScallops, fresh, 1/2 lbClams, canned, drainedGarlic cloves, 2 mincedAsparagus, 1 cup of 2 in piecesFresh mushrooms, 2 cupsCapers, 1 TbspMarinated artichoke hearts WITH marinade
Directions
4 large servings

Make Pasta Roni according to directions but using only 1 TBSP butter. Boil asparagus in water for 3-4 mins then plunge into cold water, drain. While pasta is cooking, saute mushrooms, garlic, shrimp & scallops in butter, set aside. Pour artichoke marinade into pan used for seafood mixture, heat. When hot add artichokes, capers, clams and heat through. Add sherry, stir. Add seafood mixture, stir well, heat through. Put pasta in large bowl, pour seafood mixture over it and toss well.
