1 large yellow bell pepper2 tbsp Olive Oil1 bag (9 oz) of baby spinach2 tsp minced garlic
Cut pepper into long strips. Saute peppers in Olive Oil and garlic. Add Spinach stirring until spinach is cooked down. Enjoy!
