1 cup Coconut Water (fresh or canned no added anything)1 frozen banana (green tipped/under ripe only)1 tbsp raw organic almond butter2 tbsp coconut cream concentrate/coconut butter1 tbsp ground flax meal, or 1/2 tsp of flaxseed oil4-5 ice cubes1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla ExtractPinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend and enjoy. Drink as a meal replacement or a snack.
