Ingredients:- Chia, Whole Chia Seeds, NOW Brand, 2 tbsp- Flax Seed - Trader Joe's roasted whole seed, 1 tbsp- Chobani - Greek Yogurt Non-Fat, Plain - 1/4 cup - 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup - Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) - Truvia Natural Sweetener, 3 packets
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
