lamb cabbage rolls

12 large cabbage leavesonion finely choppedgarlic minced500g lamb cubed that you have got your butcher to mince for you.( you can substitute for chicken or turkey mince for lower fat)1/4 cup of brown long grain rice1 small tomato finely chopped1 tsp chopped fresh dillpinch of ground cinnamon21/2 cups of prepared chicken stock
makes 12 rolls
add cabbage leaves in batches to a pan of boiling water, simmer till leaves are soft. pat dry and cut any thick core from the leaves
Place onion and garlic into a microwave proof bowl and cook on high for 4 min or untill soft. Cool. Combine onion with mince, rice, tomatoe and herbs and mix well. Divide into 12 equal balls. Place a portion into each cabbage leak and roll up placeing sides in. Place into a large saucpan close together. Cover with chicken stock. Place a plate over to stop rolls from moving. simmer for 1 hr. serve with steam vegetables or tossed salad.
