Barb's Beef Stew

Ingredients
Beef - sirloin cut into 1 inch piecesonion - diced roughpotato - diced roughcarrot - cut into 1 inch pieces.butter - 3 tablespoonschicken broth - 1 cup
Directions
coat beef with flour, brown in pan with half of the butter, place beef in crockpot. Sautee the onion and chopped carrot and chopped potato together. Salt lightly and pepper. Pour over beef and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
