Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1lb fresh Cranberries1 cup Water3/4 cup sugar1 3" cinnamon stickpinch of ground cloves1 strip orange peel
Directions
Boil water and sugar in a medium pot.

Add whole cranberries. Bring back to boiling, cranberries will start to pop and foam. Lower to a simmer and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

Optional: add a cinnamon stick, orange peel, and pinch of ground cloves to boiling water.
