Mongolian Beef with Asparagus and Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 tbsp Low sodiom Soy Sauce1 tsp Sugar1 tsp Cornstarch2 tsp Dry Sherry2 tsp Hoisin Sauce1 tsp Rice Vinegar1 tsp Chili and Garlic Sauce1/4 tsp Salt3 tsp Canola Oil1 tbsp Ground Ginger1 tbsp Minced Garlic1 lb. Sirloin Steak, thinly cut across the grain16 medium Asparagus stalks, cut in to 2-3 in piecesBrown rice
Directions
1. Combine frst 8 ingredients and mix until smooth and set aside.

2. Heat Canola oil in wok. Add minced garlic, ginger, and asparagus, saute for 2-3 minutes. Add Beef and saute until beef is browned. Finally, add soy sauce mixture and mix untilthoroughly cooked (~ 2-3 minutes)

3. As meat is cooking, make brown instant rice

4. Serve Meat and Sauce over the brown rice and enjoy
