Ingredients
1 large egg, scrambled1 slice american cheese1 slice lean ham
Directions
Spray bowl with pam; add egg and scramble with fork; microwave for 30 seconds on high. Lay ham and cheese on top and microwave another 30 seconds. Put egg, ham & cheese on tortilla and wrap.

    You didn't include the tortilla in your nutrition facts. I guess you could just wrap it in the ham or maybe some lettuce but you can't really call this low carb if you add the tortilla. - 12/30/08

    I love breakfast wraps like this but my body cannot handle whole flour or corn tortilla's - too high of a carb count. BETTER WAY: scramble eggs with a mix of whatever you have on hand of softened peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, kale, etc. Wrap in head lettuce leaf w/ salsa and sour cream) - 3/29/10
