Coconut Almond Granola

Ingredients
7.5 cups of oatmeal1 cup flaked coconut1.5 cups whole almonds1.5 cups sunflower seeds (unsalted)1.5 cups granulated sugar3/4 cups water3/4 cups vegetable oil1 Tablespoon cinnamon2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
Directions
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix oats, coconut, almonds and sunflower seeds in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix sugar, water, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla Extract. Stir wet ingredients with a fork until throughly mixed. Pour half of the wet mix over the dry and mix together, Por the second half over the mix and blend. Pour into one or two cookie sheets and place in the oven. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes checking every 10 minutes and stirring at 20 minutes.
