Wick Fowler's 2 Alarm Chili - made with texturized veg. protein

Ingredients
1 T. olive oil1 med. yellow onion, chopped2 cups texturized vegetable protein2.5 cups tomato juice1 cup tomato sauce1 cup kidney beans500 g pureed tomatoes
Directions
Soak TVP in tomato juice (1 c. tvp to 1 c. juice). Saute onion in olive oil. Add TVP. Follow Wick Fowler package cooking directions, using TVP instead of beef. (I add an extra can of tomatoes and a can of beans.)
