This was one of the best dressings I've ever made. With a few minor deviations- I put everything in salad dressing tube, shook it by hand instead of using food processor and added a little extra garlic. - 11/8/12

This is a super dressing. I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine. It tasted really awesome and I did add a little more garlic because I like garlic. Quick to make and won't be in my fridge for very long since I will use it on most of my salads that I have once a day. Thank you. - 1/7/18

This is great as a quick marinade for BBQing shrimp/prawns. I just dipped the shrimp in the dressing, not soak it. Very tasty! - 3/21/21
