Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce w/ Beef

Ingredients
1 lb of extra lean ground beef2 cans whole tomatoes2 cans crushed tomatoes2 cans tomato paste (italian style or regular)1 carrot peeled and finely grated1 teaspoons minced garlic3 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)Italian seasoning to tasteSalt to taste
Directions
Brown the hamburger in a skillet w/ the garlic (minced).

Add in all the canned tomatoes to your crock pot. Grate in (small grater) 1 carrot (peeled). Using an immersion blender, blend the sauce until it is the consistency you want.

Drain the fat off and add in the ground beef and garlic. Mix well then add in italian seasoning to taste.

Cook in the slow cooker on low up to 10 hrs. Serve over pasta of your choice.
