Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients
2 mashed bananas1 egg2tbs Trader Joes Almond butter (crunchy w flax seeds)2TBS walnuts2TBS blueberries
Directions
Mash bananas in a bowl and whisk in eggs. Mix in 2TBS Almond butter. Grease a skillet with coconut oil and when ready add in small disc-like amounts staying away from edges so its easier to flip. Sprinkle with blueberries and almonds before flipping. Flip when pancake looses its tackiness. Cook until no longer tacky.
