Apple Cinnamon Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Wheat Bran 2 cupMilled Flaxseed 2 tbspWhole Wheat Flour 1 cupSplenda Brown Sugar .5 cupBaking Soda 2 tspBaking Powder 1 tspSalt .5 tspCinnamon 2 tspApple Sauce Unsweetened 1 cupApple 1 largeYogurt (Vanilla or Plain) 1 cupEgg Beaters .75 cupVanilla 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients including apple in a medium sized bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together then blend with dry ingredients without over-mixing.
Put scoop of mixure in lined muffin tins.
Bake for approximately 22-23 mins.
Remove from pans and allow to cool.
They will stick to the liner until cooled completely and then some.
