zucchini Souffle

Ingredients
2 c sliced zucchini1/3 onion, choppedsalt and pepperSautee in cooking spray until tender1/4 c egg sub1/2 c 2% cheese shredded1/4 c italian bread crumbsSprinkle cheese on veggies, then pour on egg and stir. Sprinkle bread crumbs on evenly.
Directions
Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
