Simple Slow Cooker Pork Roast (Rival Crockpot Incredibly Easy Recipies)

Ingredients
4 med sweet potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces4 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces1 marinated pork loin roast (3-4 lbs).5 cup water1 package (10 oz) frozen baby peassalt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place sweet potatoes, carrots and pork roast in slow cooker. (If necessary, cut roast in half to fit.) Add water. Cover cook on Low 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Add peas during last hour of cooking. Transfer pork to serving platter. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Slice and serve with vegetables.
