Coconut and Almond Flour Breaded Chicken

Ingredients
Almond Flour (Bob's Red Mill), 1 cup Coconut Meat, Shredded, Raw, 1 cup Egg white, 1 cupChicken Breast, no skin, 5 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
Cut all excess fat and tendons off of chicken breasts, and cut into strips.
Mix almond flour and coconut in a bowl.
Dip chicken in egg whites then dip in almond/ coconut mixture and place onto cookie sheet
Drizzle hot sauce on chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
