Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
8 oz. cubed ham2 large potatoes1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 can low fat mushroom soup2 oz. cubed velveeta cheese1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Cut up vegetables, add to crock pot with soup, cheese and milk. Cook for 1 hour on high. Add cubed ham, cook additional 6-8 hours or until potatoes are done. Serves 2-4
