Ingredients
3/4 cups Quaker 1-minute oatmeal1/2 cup skim milk1 medium banana1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon agave syrup1 teaspoon whey protein1 teaspoon flax meal7-8 ice cubes
Directions
Microwave the oatmeal with water for 1.5 minutes.
Put all the ingredients, including the oatmeal, in a blender.
Blend until desired consistency.
