Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Salad

Ingredients
8 oz fresh mozzarella1 large tomato1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Dice mozzarella and tomato. Place in bowl and top with slat and pepper. Toss and let sit for 15 minutes to let flavors meld.
