    To make this for my kids, I omit the cinnamon and add a Tablespoon of Cacao powder and just a few semi-sweet chocolate chips. My son likes coconut so I will put just a pinch of shredded or dried coconut in if I have it in the house. I have also tried this with a couple of dried chopped cherries. - 2/20/13
