2 Lake Walleye fillets, fresh or frozen (approx. 1.5 Lb.)3 TBS Butter, melted1/8 Cup Bread Crumbs, I use Panko or ItalianPaprika for color1 fresh lemon
Dip Walleye Fillet in melted butter.
Sprinkle immediately with breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Broil fillets in hot broiler for approx 10 min, or until fish is flaky.
Cut lemon and squeeze fresh juice on fillets.
Serve
